1. About these terms

This website, velorauniversal.com, is operated by Arrow Infra Structure Private Limited (CIN U74900BR2013PTC020007, GSTIN 19AALCA4787E1ZA), with its office at B1, First Floor, Signature Apartment, Rajarhat Main Road, near Indian Petrol Pump, Raigachi, New Town, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata, West Bengal 700135 ("we", "us", "our"). Velora Universal is our brand.

These terms apply when you use this website, including the member portal, or buy our products, whether from us or from one of our direct sellers. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, refund policy and shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We currently sell and deliver only within India.

3. Products and health information

  • We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pack images are for illustration; the label on the pack you receive is the authoritative source for ingredients, directions, net quantity and dates.
  • Our products support everyday wellness. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Read the label and follow the directions. If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, taking medication, or have allergies, consult a doctor before use. Patch-test skin products before first use.
  • Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction, and tell us through customer care.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. The maximum retail price (MRP) is printed on every pack.
  • Before you pay, we show the total price and its break-up, including taxes and any delivery or handling charges.

  • We do not charge any extra fee for using a particular payment method unless it is shown to you before you pay.

5. Orders

An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount as set out in our refund policy.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our refunds and cancellations policy. We will always take back spurious goods and refund what you paid for them.

7. Direct sellers

  • Our direct sellers are independent. They are not our employees or agents, except that they are authorised to sell our products under a written agreement with us.
  • Every direct seller must identify themselves, show their ID card, and give you our name and address when they offer you a product.
  • Direct sellers may not make health claims beyond what is printed on our packs, promise income, or ask you to pay any fee to join.
  • We are responsible for grievances arising from the sale of our products by our direct sellers.

8. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or to another person's account, copy its content in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Keep your member portal login details private. Information you send us, such as through the enquiry form, must be accurate.

9. Intellectual property

The Velora Universal name, logo, packaging, product names, text and photography on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by using a product against its directions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission, the courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Grievances

Write to our grievance officer using the details on our contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 working hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
